Friendly and polite receptionist. The bed is still in acceptable range.

1. Expensive - not worth the money, per night charge is THB4950, from Booking.com it is states as 4 stars hotel, but in reality, it is belong to 2 stars motel category. 2. Poor facilities - the room is only having a key lock, like a toilet lock, which unable to prevent any break-in, and it is a big safety concerns. No separation between toilet and shower area, causing the washroom to always in wet and sticky conditions. Our child safety in concerns due to slippery. 3. No breakfast despite an expensive room rate. 4. Isolated neighborhood, not convenient for traveling without own transport. 5. At night, there is still noisy knocking sounds on the wall, as if it is some renovation works being done. 6. No proper security guard being employed. Seen a child being assigned to guard our car parking area. 7. Poor condition, lack of maintenance swimming pool.

No parking space. You can park at your own risk in front of the hotel. Swimming pool has a lot of dead leaves inside, not well-maintained. Air pressure is strong, nice for a shower, but it’s too strong you might injure your private area while using the toilet. The toilet floor wasn’t flat, certain areas are pooled with water. Location so-so.

One of the staff very helpful even though lil bit hard to communicate with.

1. Still got late check in even we arrived a bit late at the hotel.been wait around 30mins to check in. 2. Room clean but didnt have any phone to make any call to the receptions.we must go out from the room take a lift and go to the reception to ask anything. 3. Water in the bathroom not drain so well.need to shower with stagnant water 4. No hair dryer even we ask so many times. 5. No iron in room?! to iron the cloth.you need go to the reception and bring all the cloth you want to iron and must pay every single cloth did you bring (30baht/per cloth!!?) 6. Staff will iron your cloth but very frustrating every single time we send the cloth they didnt iron properly. 7. Once we check out they will check the room first.they insist to charge us extra money because they couldn't find a hair dryer in our room. 8. Need to pay 40baht for two mineral water in the room without early information when we check in.previous hotel we go didnt charge any mineral water in the room.

Looks clean but service poor

Toilet drain too smelly,room no telephone,coffee and water need to ask then they give,boiler boiled and don't stop automatically stop, put the sign for cleaning room service and they didn't clean the room even until we come back in the night,worst hotel service I ever stay

Rubbish hotel rates only as a 2 stars to me !!! Worst ever hotel I have stayed in 41 yrs of my life !!!

Nothing good about this hotel, looks new on the web site but all unfinished work at the hotel

No bell boy on duty .have to bring up & check out my luggage by my own.

The reception staff are always ready to assist us, very clean and cozy environment

The breakfast in hotel needs improvement

Its was a hole in the bed and the elevator stopped working. We lived on the 3rd floor. The Guy who is susspose to guard the building was drunk and drinkin outside the hotel.
